By applying for wholesale access and placing orders on XUXIMALL.COM, you agree to adhere to the policies detailed below.


1. Eligibility for Wholesale Program

To be eligible for wholesale pricing and privileges, you must:

  • Operate a registered business entity (e.g., corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship)

  • Submit a completed Wholesale Registration Application

  • Provide a valid business license, tax identification number, or reseller certificate (where applicable)

  • Be engaged in the resale or distribution of products, or use the products in business operations (not for personal use)

We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale access at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or maintained.


2. Wholesale Registration & Approval Process

  • Interested parties must submit the Wholesale Registration Form through our website.

  • Our team will review each application within 1–3 business days.

  • Applicants will receive an email notification of approval or rejection.

  • Once approved, your wholesale account will grant access to special pricing, bulk ordering tools, and business-focused customer support.

Note: Access to wholesale pricing is only available after registration is reviewed and approved. General visitors and unapproved accounts will see retail pricing only.


3. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved wholesale accounts when logged in.

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuation, supply chain factors, and market conditions.

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply depending on the product or category. These will be clearly stated on product pages.

  • Special bulk discounts or tiered pricing may be available for high-volume purchases — please contact your account manager for details.


4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

    • PayPal (fees may apply)

    • Other B2B payment platforms (if applicable)

  • Payment terms for net accounts (e.g., Net 15 / Net 30) are available only to pre-approved clients and subject to credit verification.

  • Late payments may incur interest or result in account suspension.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping services, including air, ocean, and ground freight.

  • Freight costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, and delivery speed.

  • You may use your own freight forwarder by providing details during checkout.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout or by email.

  • All shipments are made FOB (Free on Board), and risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

Customs & Duties:
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective countries. XUXIMALL will assist with export documentation but does not guarantee clearance.


6. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received.

  • Larger or customized orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.

  • Partial shipments may occur for large orders unless otherwise requested.


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final. However, we accept returns or issue replacements under the following conditions:

  • Products received are defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Claims must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and approved by our team beforehand

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or original payment refund (case by case)

Important: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your expense.


8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account without notice if the account:

  • Provides false or misleading information

  • Violates payment terms or has repeated late payments

  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical business practices

  • Uses our platform to collect pricing or product data without intent to purchase (scraping, bot usage, etc.)

  • Resells products in a way that violates brand guidelines, territory restrictions, or MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreements


9. Marketing, Branding & Resale Guidelines

  • Approved wholesale clients may use product images and descriptions from XUXIMALL for the purposes of marketing or resale, unless otherwise prohibited.

  • Logos, trademarks, and proprietary images remain the property of XUXIMALL or its suppliers and may not be modified or redistributed without permission.

  • Resellers must follow MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies if provided, and must not sell counterfeit or imitation goods.


10. Communication and Updates

  • You may receive account-related communications, order updates, policy changes, and marketing newsletters from XUXIMALL.

  • You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but account-related emails are essential and cannot be unsubscribed from.

  • We may update this Wholesale Policy periodically. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Effective Date.”


11. Limitation of Liability

XUXIMALL is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or natural disasters

  • Loss or damage resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer

  • Product misuse, improper storage, or modifications by the buyer

  • Loss of revenue or indirect damages from delayed shipments or inventory issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the products purchased by the client under dispute.


12. Governing Law

This Wholesale Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, NJ, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
